would like to draw your attention on the opening of PhD positions in Physics at the University of Pisa. The application deadline is May 29, 2019 at 13:00. Expected start date October 2019. In particular, the following positions may be of special interest:
FISICA03: 1 position EGO (Consorzio European Gravitational Observatory) on the theme "Experimental Physics of Gravitational waves".

FISICA04: 3 positions EGO (Consorzio European Gravitational Observatory) on the theme "Experimental Physics of Gravitational waves" reserved to candidates with non italian education.

All the four positions are reserved to candidates interested in a research project focused on experimental physics of gravitational waves. The opportunity of spending a substantial amount of time at the EGO site in Cascina (Italy), working on the Virgo detector will be offered to the candidates.
In addition, positions without a specific theme are also available.
